Singapore-based technology company TactLink and Bangladesh’s creative marketing and advertising agency IdeaGo Marketing Solutions have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand TactLink’s presence in the Bangladeshi market.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Gulshan, Dhaka, on Tuesday, with officials, creative professionals and representatives from both organisations attending the event.

Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly work on TactLink’s market expansion in Bangladesh, localising its brand, developing creative communications, strengthening digital strategies and increasing customer engagement.

According to a press note, the partnership will initially focus on the Bangladeshi market, while the companies plan to expand their collaboration to TactLink’s operations in other international markets in the future.

TactLink currently operates across several international markets, while IdeaGo is a Bangladesh-based creative marketing and advertising agency with operations in Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The agency works on brand development, creative communication, digital strategy and performance-based marketing.

Representing IdeaGo, Managing Director Md Esha Khan signed the MoU, while Sehreen Mehnaz, TactLink’s business development representative, signed on behalf of the Singaporean company.

The companies said the partnership aims to build a strong, locally relevant and results-driven digital presence for TactLink in Bangladesh and create new business opportunities through joint initiatives in international markets.

The collaboration is also expected to provide a platform for the two companies to expand their regional partnership based on their experience in the Bangladeshi market.
