Conflict escalated in Rakhine, displaced 26,000
UNOCHA reported that 19,000 people were displaced from Pauktaw, emphasizing that "virtually all" roads and waterways connecting Rakhine townships had been blocked, leading to the suspension of most humanitarian activities in affected areas.
